Dr. Carpinello's extensive experience allows him to address a wide range of mental health conditions. There is no condition he doenst treat and no age group or demographic that he doesn’t see. He has developed niche expertise in Depression, Anxiety, and other Mood Disorders, providing effective treatment when others haven't been able to help. He also offers compassionate and effective treatment strategies for Substance Abuse, as well as integrated care for Somatoform Disorders. Dr. Carpinello's experience extends to tailoring approaches for those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Additionally, with 12 years of active duty, he understands the unique challenges faced by Veterans, Active Duty Family Members, and Service Members.

Your first appointment will be a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Carpinello. He will spend some time discussing his unique experience, putting you at ease, and talking about how he practices psychiatry. He will then take the time to listen to your concerns, review your medical history, and discuss your goals for treatment. This initial consultation will help us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
Sonoran Psychiatric Care's fee structure is transparent and straightforward. An initial psychiatric evaluation is $775, and follow-up evaluations are $415. These comprehensive evaluations include thorough assessments, personalized treatment planning, and ongoing medication management.
