Dr. Carpinello's extensive experience allows him to address a wide range of mental health conditions. There is no condition he doenst treat and no age group or demographic that he doesn’t see. He has developed niche expertise in Depression, Anxiety, and other Mood Disorders, providing effective treatment when others haven't been able to help. He also offers compassionate and effective treatment strategies for Substance Abuse, as well as integrated care for Somatoform Disorders. Dr. Carpinello's experience extends to tailoring approaches for those with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. You pay for services at the time of your visit, and we provide you with a detailed receipt, also known as a "superbill," to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Many of our patients utilize Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), or their private insurance to cover a portion or sometimes all of the cost of treatment. We are happy to discuss these options in detail. We also offer Veteran and Military Discounts!

Your first appointment will be a comprehensive evaluation with Dr. Carpinello. He will spend a brief amount of time with introductions and then will discuss his unique experience and background. He will then talk a bit about his unique philosophy of care. He will then take the time to listen to your concerns, review your medical history, and discuss your goals for treatment. This initial consultation will help us create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
